We are proud of our highly skilled dental team, led by Dr. Kimberly Baer and Dr Natalie Zavareei. Our friendly staff will take great care of you. Dr. Kimberly Baer
Kimberly A. Baer, DDS was born and raised in Maryland. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland, College Park and her Doctrine in Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland. Dr.Baer is a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician and has a Master's Degree in Biological Mediciine. Dr. Baer also was involved with Operation Smile Dental Mission in Vietnam and spent some time working with children. Dr. Baer spent a year at NYU studying implants and is in the process of an associate fellowship. Dr. Baer is a certified Invisalign and Lumineers practitioner. Dr. Baer has been trained by the I.A.O.M.T. in mercury filling removal. Bethesda Dental Works utilizes the latest technology with special air filtration and all natural safe materials. Dr. Baer has a ten year old son, Jackson, a two year old daughter, Zoe Kate, and a dog, Henry. In her spare time she enjoys painting and running. kimberlyannbaer@netscape.net

Dr. Natalie Zavareei
Dr. Natalie Zavareei graduated from North Carolina State University in 1991 and received her dental degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2002. Dr. Zavareei practices cosmetic and restorative dentistry and keeps current with new dental technology by attending many continuing education courses across the country throughout the year. She is also trained by the IAOMT in safe mercury filling removal. Dr. Zavareei was born in North Carolina and practices dentistry in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Zavareei spends time advocating and fundraising for the fight against childhood cancer. She has three daughters; Hayden, Jordan, and Isabella. De Ann
Deann has been with Bethesda Dental Works for the past four years. She received her BA degree from University of Pittsburgh in English Literature. She assists patients with their scheduling and financial needs. She also helps to keep the books and order around the office. You can always count on Deann's welcoming smile when you visit the office. In her spare time, Deann enjoys running and yoga, volunteering at Martha's Table and Manna Food Pantry. Joyce
Joyce is a certified dental assistant. She is originally from Liberia, West Africa. Joyce has been a practicing dental assistant for over 15 years. She successfully juggles work and family, enjoying as much time as possible with her four beautiful children. You can always count on Joyce to brighten your day and to make your dental experience a comfortable one. In her spare time, Joyce loves playing tennis, bowling and interpretive dance. |

Krista
Krista is a certified dental assistant. She received her B.S. degree in Chemistry and a minor in Spanish from the College of Charleston in South Carolina and has recently applied to dental school. In her spare time Krista enjoys country music, hiking, rock climbing, dancing, traveling, and fly-fishing! She has a heart for giving back and has participated in Miracle Leagues, playing baseball with physically and mentally disabled children; organized and ran can food drives, collecting over 10,000 food items for the Tri-County Family Ministries Food Bank; and most recently will be going to Peru to offer dental care to those in need throughout the villages of the Andes Mountains with Mountain Medics International. |

Diane
Diane, our Office Manager/treatment coordinator, with over 25 year in the dental field. Has been at Bethesda Dental Works for over 9 years, assisting Dr. Baer and explaining procedures and benefits to our many patients and is an expert in insurance coding and billing. Diane is a people person with a warm smile. Natalie
Natalie joined the Bethesda Dental Works team in 2010. Natalie is an Ideal Protein Diet Consultant. She provides weekly support sessions and nutrition education to ensure weight loss success. She can customize a plan just for you. Natalie is married with two boys, Christian, who is nine and Stevie, who is seven years old. In her free time she enjoys running, exercise, and nutrition, as well as watching her boys play baseball. Mandy
Mandy received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1987. She later received her masters degree in hospital management at the University of Maryland College Park. Mandy has practiced clinical dental hygiene in different settings for the past 22 years, while managing a pediatric dental practice for the last 13 years. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Mandy has two children; Ariana is 15 and Cameron is 11 years old. She lives in Potomac, Md.
